What I lack in patience I make up for with persistence.
My ongoing issue is that I always want to see results yesterday, or even the day before. That I am making progress is not the point. 184.8 today, thanks very much. Okay, change that. That is the point after all.
I'm making progress.
And by the way, so's the book. The designer is making real progress. I've cut him some slack 'cause he was pretty darned sick, and I do like him. I'd rather he be well than the book be out and ready. Sometimes life is about making difficult decisions that come from the heart, which ultimately are not all that difficult after all are they?.
It's all good, and did I mention my progress?
Oh yes, I rule!
"If I Can Lose It... a middle aged tech-fanatic's extraordinary journey & guide-book for losing weight" is now available everywhere online. Yes, I've removed the final chapter from this blog, but if you wish to view some excerpts please visit www.ificanloseit.com and look for the links. The book is about my ongoing weight loss, and shows you how to DIY. It's really true, if I could lose it (and I did), so can you.
