The best thing I can think of doing while promoting my book is to have fun doing it. Yep, I'm doing that.

I have been an overweight person all of my life. Those days are behind me now, and I can say that with all sincerity, even now, before I have reached my goal weight.

As you will soon find out, If I can Lose It... is a book on weight control unlike anything you have ever seen. It's a book that will empower you to have complete control over your own weight - from now on, and you will not be eating strange foods, or avoiding certain things, or feeling like you're suffering in any way to get to where you want to go.
