So clearly progress is being made. The book is now available on Amazon, though it you do a search there for, "If I Can Lose It..." you'll need to place quotes around it or it will be all the way at the bottom of the first page of books. Obviously they don't know what they're dealing with here:-0 - I expect that time will rectify that issue. As you can see I've eliminated the problem by placing that convenient link.
Oh Right - If you haven't already done so, go buy the book! What are you waiting for?
